DAYCARE

  • $49/day

  • $69/day for holidays

Daycare is Monday thru Thursday

Choose to come as many or as few days as you like

I recommend twice a week for really energetic dogs that are being destructive at home

We have a wide collection of dogs that come to daycare, some small, some large. All dogs go through a meet & greet with me and Andre first, then their behavior is closely monitored the first day. I only accept dogs in daycare that have no current aggression, no history of aggression/bites, play nicely and respectfully with other dogs, and who are tolerant of high energy dogs. If a dog does not meet these behavioral expectations, they will be dismissed from daycare.

I take up to 4 dogs each day, plus my dog Andre. Currently, I have 1-3 dogs booked most days, including dogs that are boading. So there’s always friends to play with!

(Daycare is always included at no extra charge for dogs who are boarding overnight, both the day of drop off and they day of pickup)

BOARDING

  • $69/night

  • $69/night for holidays

I am a full-time dog sitter, so I've got nothing but quality free time to spend playing with your fur babies. My holidays are always spent at home, celebrating with your pups. I do not crate the dogs for longer than 3-4 hours at a time unless requested. Generally, the dogs rule the house here, so we play and nap and dig and do whatever they like all day (and they do daycare with my regular daycare dogs, of course).

DO YOU LEAVE THEM IN A CRATE ALL DAY?

Nope! I have daycare Mon-Thurs, and the dogs are always out and about the whole day, even nap time they’re usually not crated. I only crate dogs that I cannot trust to not destroy my belongings or have an accident if left baby gated in the living room. And I only would sequester them like this when I leave the house, which is only for doctor’s appointments and errands. I do have crates of all sizes, so no need to bring yours unless it is exceptionally special in some way.

WHERE DO THEY SLEEP?

Wherever they sleep at home is what I try to offer them here. So if they sleep on the bed at home, they sleep on my bed. If they are crated downstairs at night and not allowed upstairs, I will enforce the same rule here. However, I will let you know that often dogs like to sleep differently here than at home, and many feel more comfortable in an open crate than on my bed, so I never force it.

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU BOARD TOGETHER?

I go off of size and needs, since my house is little and all attempts to clone myself have been unsuccessful (so far...)

I try to pair dogs that will go well together (two crazies or two lazies, for example!) and have lots of places to separate the dogs from each other if needed. If your dog is new to me, then I will board them with a dog I already know well and trust is well trained and behaved and has stayed with other clients without issue.

So I take:

  • 1 Large dog (>40lb ish) (dogs over 100lbs on case by case basis) , OR

  • 2 Medium dogs, 25-40lbs, OR

  • 3 Small dogs, under 25lbs, OR

  • any combination of the above that makes sense, considering special needs and puppy antics

That could be from the same household or from different households.

puppies & special needs

  • Daycare: $59/day (holiday $79/day)

  • Boarding: $99/night (holiday $119/night)

I'm happy to care for puppies up to age 1 and dogs with special care needs, and I will charge the puppy rate accordingly so your dog can have much closer attention.

I have experience raising three puppies to adulthood, one that competes in sports. I also have the unfortunate experience in caring for my 16-year-old pomchi when she developed heart failure, seizures, cancer, through to her passing on 12/7/23. I have a special place in my heart for “super senior” dogs and will not turn a dog away simply because of their age or diagnosis like many commercial dog boarding places need to.

I'm also a nurse, so I'm good with giving meds or first aid, even injectable meds. I'm also a certified diabetes care and education specialist (for humans!) so dogs with diabetes would be in excellent hands.
